Thermostat housing vac lines

Theres 2 vac lines that come from something that looks like a sensor on the thermostat housing. Where are they supposed to go? Im guessing the throttle body? I noticed mine are just cut off and not going anywhere. And all the vac fittings on my throttle body have just been blocked off. I bought it like this. Anyone know? Thanks

Yes thanks. Looks like its the thermal vacuum valve.... looks like I dont need it. I just need a block off plate for my egr. Its all disconnected but my egr is still there.
