1G Thermostat housing questions. Need definitive resolution *Please*

Hello, I've been in the military for the past 13 years and my car has been in storage. I got it out and was trying to get it back on the road. I used to be able to work on the car in the dark just from memory. I seemed to have forgotten a few things and I am embarrassed to say I need assistance.

My thermostat housing hose connectors, I seem to have one too many. Looking at the thermostat housing from the front: Top hose (turbo coolant feed?) bottom right hose recirculates back into the cooling system? (I may have put on a thermostat from another DSM year not sure, something is not right)

I also have some broken wire connectors seen below, the single post on the bottom right of the thermostat only takes one wire ????

#4 is a single green wire with red stripe.
#5 is two wires, a green with black stripe and a yellow with green stripe.
#6 is two wires, green with yellow stripe and black with green stripe.
