In Hawaii we have this crappy law called "recon" where you need to get every modification approved and listed on a sheet of paper. They then give you a sticker similar to safety check. The wing does not pass and so if I get pulled over with the wing I get a $50 ticket for violation of recon. And the sticker is revocable. If they take it away you get to start the whole process all over. Its a major pain in the ass. And to get the sticker you need to get affidavits and an alignment within the past 30 days. So it ends up costing like $100 to get a new sticker plus the $50 ticket.

Project2G - I'm in love with your car
Looks like mixed body parts. The new fenders don't match the rest of the car..
I like it with the wing and with out. The question is how do you like it?
Here is mine with out the wing i had the holes welded in.

I would have to say that you need a facelift for the front and rear of the car to offset ## fenders and side skirts. What about a 2GB front with a Cupra or RMDSM lip and 2GB rear.
I think the front of a 2GB sits low enough to match your sides and with a lip would make the car more agressive, but mild at the same time. The rear 2GB makes the rear look fat, which would help to give the car an even meaner stance from the rear.
The lines would flow nicely IMO b/c when you see the car from the front, it looks mean, then when you pan to the side, you see the agressive fenders and side skirts, lastly when you hit the rear, you see the bubble butt with the dimples to smooth out the rear.
Just my 2 cents.
