The weak link

hey guys I'm in the middle of rebuilding my engine for my car right now and was wondering what I need to do if anything to support what I'm trying to achieve. Here is what I have going on.

6bolt .20 over
New crank
Eagle h beam rods
Weisco pistons .20 over
Bs removed

Stock head
Hks 264/272 cams
Stock intake
Fic 650cc injectors
After market fp reg
Supra fuel pump re wired

Fp exhaust mani
New 20g turbo
Evo 3 O2 housing
3" full exhaust

Fmic
Gm 3" maf
Alcohol injection

Dsmlink v3 full
All gauges auto meter egt,boost, fp
Lc1 wide band

Tre 1.5 tranny
Act clutch
Haven't decided on fly wheel yet, act street light or and aluminum.

I'm trying to achieve 400awhp I think I should be close but my question is what else should I take a look at that needs attention ? I know it will mostly matter how it's driven and tuned, just looking for anything I'm missing ? Thanks guys!

Looks like a good list
Those injectors may be a touch on the small side, but you could bump your fuel pressure up if it were close, and were just looking for a number.

I was considering 1000cc injectors but I was not sure if I needed them for sure. I already have the 650s from before, would I be better off with the 1000s that way I'm not pushing my 650s so hard?

Nice well rounded setup. The injectors arent gonna cut it. i would go with 1000cc or something like 1450 fic bluemax if you decide to run e85 all you have to upgrade is the fuel pump.

You dont even need a built motor to get 400whp. Just bolt ons.. Some of whicj could include Injectors fuel pump, fuel reg, link and turbo, exhaudt bam done. If you want room to grow however...... Lol

As what everyone else said, the injectors seem to be in the small side. I would go with 850cc. I used this thread to calculate my injectors and fuel pump size: http://www.dsmtuners.com/threads/injector-and-fuel-pump-supported-airflow.366003/

I would say a weak link will be the suspension and driveline components. Our cars are getting old, most of the bushings need to be replaced, the driveshaft most likely needs a rebuild. Subframe bushings are probably shot, you get the idea.

I had a TD06-20g on my fwd-t and with vpc/afc/660s never saw a blip of knock, dyno'd ~350whp before adding web cams street grind to the mix. That was at 24psi. I think you'll be really close to your goal, just tune it well and add fuel if need be.

Thanks guys I will just plan to get bigger injectors and a larger fuel pump. I do plan to check all the drivetrain over while the car is "resting" .

Dont worry, something will break. Check everything over, suspension, steering, balljoints, axles. Thats the stuff people overlook, they just wanna go fast.

Check everything out its a old car plan and plan one try not to do to much at the same time.
