So...Two weeks ago I picked up a 1995 Eagle Talon TSi FWD for $600. Towed her home and started the job. I established the fact that it has a 6-bolt installed. I put all new mitsubishi parts on the timing side to no avail. She spins freely with only one cyl. seeming to fire. I am going to get her towed to work and see what I can do with her, so far I have $600 for the car and $600 in parts invested. Hopefully I can get her goin before autox starts up.
