Here's a little update on the car. I ended up installing the VIS Carbonfiber hatch before the hood. Fitment was alright. I got lucky and had a local glass installer to remove my OG hatch glass and transfer it to the new hatch.

I still have yet to install the carbonfiber fenders because both arrived damaged. Working with the company to file a shipping claim (happened three times). After the last time at least the passenger side was undamaged. So now I think I'm going to just try to repair the driver side and install them.

So far the car has been somewhat reliable. I drive it to lunch a few times a week.

One of the coil packs went out, didn't take too long to figure that one out.

Had a major fuel leak between the engine/firewall. I had overlooked a dry rotted fuel line.

The most current issue I had was the plasic button plug on the brake pedal falling apart. This kept the brake lights on and killed the battery.

I replaced the battery and found the issue shortly after LOL. Another easy fix.

I still have plenty of maintenance and performance parts to install when I get some time. I fixed some rust areas behind the rear bumper and plan to tackle some rust areas in the front in the near future. I installed a Turbosmart Eboost controller on it just to see what it's actually making boost wise. The most I can get is 13psi, it hits fuel cut by then LOL.

That thing is looking so good! The f-body is a sweet unit as well :thumb: bummer about the fenders.. at least the damage looks minimal and not in a spot where it will draw much attention. Shouldn’t be too bad of a repair!

Appreciate it! Yeah the fbody has a 427/T56 in it. It's been parked since I split the input shaft on the trans a couple of years ago (T56 Magnum is waiting to go in with some power adders).

I agree, shouldn't be too hard of a repair on the new fender LOL.
