Oh, it's not shooting fuel out anymore. You know the return line to the AFPR? How it's all down behind the intake manifold? Well, it's an odd angle, so we thought we had it tight enough.... well, we were wrong. When I started the car it became a super-soaker of 91 octane. My entire house smelt like GAS last night, it was pretty bad. We just got down there and made it REALLY tight, and it doesn't leak anymore. Thanks anyways tho. And it works great, thanks Josh. Do you want to go tunning with me some night to see if I've got shit dialed in? Im running about 35psi right now.

Yea it is red, its making a grinding/rattle noise when im driving now, mostly first and second gear, almost certain its the throw out bearing, but you guys would know more, any ideas?? ?and how bad would a throw out bearing be to replace on this?? actually i would just do a whole clutch, the car has 108 thousand so ill do it i guess. or maybe since i just got it yesterday ill see if i can get the dealer in sun valley to do it, but very very unlikely.

I seriously doubt that the dealer will help you out. The throw out bearing itself isnt expensive, its paying someone to get at it. If your going to tear into it you might as well put an upgraded clutch and resurfaced flywheel in there.

Tearing the tranny out of an AWD isnt exactly a cake walk. It'll take you all day if you are doing it in your garage. If you are doing it on a lift with air tools you can have it out and re-installed in about 4 hours (if you have done one before).

if that red 1g is the car that im thinking of its a total heap of sh*t. does it have sh*tty as rims on it? that dealer next to 4th st in sun valley? if so you got ripped off BIG time my man. that car needs sooooo much work. i looked at it over a year and a half ago and laughed when they told me the price. it needs a new tranny dude. sorry for your loss..........

I got it in sun valley, but not sure if its by 4th st. i dont go out there much. IT has american racing rims on it. It may or may not be the same one, were did you test drive it?? a lady my mom knows that works there said that she herself drove it to the dealership from the auction like a month ago, and i havnt seen it down there before a month ago. maybe your thinking of that 2g, that was down there for EVER, it used to have a Rapid sticker on the window? I hope the tranny isnt shot, the throw out bearing it bumming me out enough .

Like Josh said, taking out the tranny in an AWD isnt an easy task. You might want to start researching or make some calls to find someone to do it for you.

$125 dollar clutch? Sounds like a stocker. Do you plan on Hot Rodding this car at all? If so, you whould wait and buy a better clutch.

Its a exedy clutch or something like that, im sure its not the best but it will do untill i pay some stuff off. I need a new front bumber, and left fender now (my buddy pulled a u turn right in front of me yesterday) so on the subject, anyone selling either of those???

not to sound like a dick but, maybe you shouldnt be concentrating on going fast. try upgrading your brakes first. that sucks you wrecked your car but maybe youll be more careful in the future.
