Hey all, So apparently i've waited long enough to do a thread on this.. So basically I picked this car up in march of 2012 for $1800 plus an 02 Oldmobile Alero. Little did I realize that the previous owner had done just about everything under the sun to screw this car up.. Here is how the car looked when I picked it up..

And yes, that is a GSX spoiler... WITH the low rise talon spoiler. So that was the first to go.. Followed by a quick compound buffing and wax and she turned into this..

Stock engine bay with blow through BOV... no speed density, no ECMlink and a hideous chipped spark plug cover..

About 5 months later, the ebay 16g's coolant supply hose ruptured on my way to school, leaving me stranded. At that point I began to upgrade this car, the correct way.
First round of upgrades... 20g MHI turbo, HUGE shoutout to justin for the beautiful snail!

As of 2/24/13- Due to the burst hose, I ran into a no-start issue. Huge thread created about it which most of you have probably seen. Turned out that the head was warped horribly by the overheat, and thus the build began. Sent the head off to be machined, including decked, hot tanked, new exhaust valves. She looked fantastic when i got it back!

Also sprang for some better upgrades. Cometic 4-layer head gasket, and a set of ARP Head bolts and studs!

Today we got the head secured down and torqued in. Also added my SS tubular manifold (heat wrap turned out shitty, but will work for now) Also had another shot of the 20g.

Next up was the fitment of the VRSF 2g FMIC. Core is fantastic and huge!!

Turns out the front sub frame needs to be cut away a little more to accommodate the inter cooler couplers, should be finished within the week.
Also installed a set of EBC slotted rotors prior to the break down.. which sucks because now they look like this..

Also decided to go wingless with the talon. I think she looks better.

Test Fitted a 2ga front bumper, and i'm gonna go with it. Should be stripped and painted within the next month!

Also on the way are a brand new set of Continental Extreme Contact DWS tires to replace the balding ones on my car. Pics of those to come soon!

-SS Braided brake lines
-Full Motul RBF600 Flush
-New lower control arms and ball joints
-DSMlink within the next week or two!
-PTE 1000CC injectors!
