Well, maybe I should take my car to ebay then :laugh:

But, seriously, I'd jump at a nice 1g for 2 grand in my area, that is if I were looking. Maybe I shouldn't have stuck so much into fixing the car, or even taking on the project. I just didn't want to see another nice 1g die. Sooner or later there won't be all the 1g's there seem to be now.

I was just looking at the classified section, there are several 1g shells for $1000+
 
hey whats up guys i was just think and wondering how much i could get for my gst this is what it gots its a 97 spyder gst(primerd black) white 17s brand new tires system 146k miles on it with a fresh new built 6bolt swap with a new centerfouce stage 2 clutch umm small 16g turbo? what do u guys think how much could i get? if i did sell it id get another dsm :thumb:
 
i'll give you $4.36 in change and trade you my non running 1992 Plymouth Laser 1.8L SOHC. It has a supercharger when you turn off the air conditioner! sweet deal!
 
i primerd it cause it had some dents and i got a kit so its just primered ready for paint! only 5 anyone else??
 
hah, you're taking him seriously? if you're doing all the work yourself i'll shit in a box and wrap a 5 dollar bill around it =D seriously tho, if you wanna know how much your car is worth. www.nada.com + you can't add your mods to the car because modifications don't make your car increase in value that much..... plus you can only get what tradein value really says. you can't charge for the high retail for it unless its in tip top super shape, not a bird shit shadow on it, 30000 miles, with oil changed every 2000 with synthetic.....

great shape
ive put 15kmiles on it in the last year and half
its usually in storage
owned by a 60yrs old lady before me who lived in the country and kept it parked.
 
KBB it, Depending where you are, I'd say around 9-10 with 50k.
I'll be getting 7-8 with my car.
 
when i got rearended i had my buddy who worked at ford do a wholesale value on my car

97 gst spyder, 60k, 5spd, great condition, and wholesale was 9,500. i had him runit to make sure they werent going to total it out.

blue book should be upwards of 11,000.

i got mine for 7500, it was a bmw dealer that didnt know the cars potential and just needed space for his beamers. but in looking for my car N/T gs/rs in the area with 100k+ were going for 9,000. even a non operational GSX with 120k+ they were looking for 11,000 for it. cali prices are so high you gotta look forever for that special one.
 
your not going to get more htan 8500 or so for it

I couldnt even sell my car (see gallery) with everything on it for 9 grand or even 8 or 7
i had to trade it for 5....

I am thinking about selling my 2 DSMs to look for a more reliable newer car for college and to keep in the long run and wanted to know what you all expect me to be able to sell my car for. What is it worth right now?? Here is how it stands:

Engine:
Has brand new ported EvoIII 16g with under 10,000miles(tuned for 18psi), ported 2g manifold, fully ported 2g O2 housing, ACT 2600 clutch with about 20,000miles, SS Oil/Clutch Lines, RC 550cc injectos, Apexi S-AFC, Walbro 255lpm fuel pump wewired, injen intake pipe with K&N filter, greddy Type S BOV, greddy upper and lower IC piping, 21x9x3 FMIC, RRE oil catch can, Unorthodox underdrive pulley, VRS aluminized 2.5 downpipe(new just replaced), 2.5 aluminized test pipe(also comes with high flow cat), 2.5 greddy/TRUST cat-back exhaust, Turbo XS boost controller, greddy turbo timer, 8mm Magnacore plug wires, aftermarket transmission mounts, Engine was completely rebuilt about 10,000miles ago with a 40 overbore, new coated pistons, had crank turned, all new gaskets, seals, and bearings, had rods resurfaced.

Suspension:
17in Hyperblack Arospeed RS-GT wheels wrapped in Cooper Zeon ZPT 225/45/17 tires(brand new), Tein S. Tech lowering springs, front and rear strut bars, poly urethane Energy Suspension bushings, tokico 5-way ajustable shocks, Brembo drilled rotors on front, calipers painted white.

Interior:
Pioneer compent speakers in the door with tweeters mounted on dash, Pioneer 6X9 3 way speakers in the rear. Orion 500w.5 5 channen amp runs all the interior speakers and 2 MTX Thunder6000 12's in a custom box in the rear. Has Alpine headunit with matching 14 band graphic equalizer. White accents are painted inside and had grey leather seats, the drivers being full power. The interior is very clean and has A-piller gauges with Autometer Phatom white faced Air/Fuel gauge, the gauge bezel has 2 gauges on each side also which are white faced Autometer 30-0-30 Boost gauge and EGT gauge. Has remote start and keyless entry system.

Exterior:
ViS carbon fiber hood with spearco hood pins, nice looking paint, and one of a kind real carbon fiber stock talon thumbnail spoiler. Has the 97-99 eclipse front end conversion with 97-99 eclipse single projector headlamps. Headlamps have had real BMW Hella projectors retrofitted in them with Hella ballasts and 4300K Phillips Germany bulbs for real HID lighting.
