.....1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse NO SALES TAXthoughts on this?.....1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse NO SALES TAX

if u ask me i would stick with what u got. for one the first gens are older the older the car the more likely ## to run into problems. when i bought my 1g talon tsi it ran real strong and i thought i was getting a great deal. so i sold my reliable civic and got the talon. he was right ran real strong. afer the first month the thing took a shit on me.
dont get me wrong i love my tsi
but i wish i would have been able to keep my civic for a dependable daily. you kno? but u gotta do whats right for you in the end.
. it was my first dsm. still my baby tho
seriously wish i woulda known that. it was my first dsm. still my baby tho

Yeah if your looking for real dependability your 420 is more dependable then a tsi .Normal maintenance will prevent most problems. But more parts, more problems and more things could go wrong. You just gotta understand why most people have the dd then there tsi/gsx/gst what ever. Not a car to really be fully depended on without having a back up.
but, we cant see what your car looks like, but the awd does look stock under the hood. me personally, id rather buy a fully stock cat that old than buying a someone elses modded headache.
the awd dosent seem fishy. i did the same thing a couple of years ago, now im back with a 1g awd
not really a cheap thing to do i kno. but me personally i cant stand leather seats
to sticky in the heat.
