I have a similar story. I went with a buddy to go check out a GS-T, and we have a whole conversation with the guy. He seemed knowledgeable, then at the end we asked if there's any problems with the car. He pointed at the exhaust and replied "yeah just one, somebody stole the catastrophic converter a few days ago."

Some people just dont understand vehicles at all..

I have a friend to this day that thinks my Eclipse has a v-6 because it is soooo much faster than my saturn. I keep telling its a turbocharged 4 cylinder, and he keeps forgetting it.

It's amazing how "English only, please" in a Craigslist ad puts a lot of people off. I was trying to sell a phone and this same Asian kid kept calling me and I couldn't understand him at all. Spanish-speaking people, too. There needs to be an official language set in this country. I don't care what it is, but if they set a language then there will be one and people will adhere.
