No really though.... I really think it did look amazingly slick.... but I'm not sure what I was thinking when I ordered it. Where else could that .5->1 inch of empty space go to other than up?
Anyway... aside from being a really tall, long throw... it made it so I couldn't take cds out in 1st, 3rd, or 5th gear (and this is with a B&M).... and even worse for some reason the way I hammered it with the extra leverage made me stick from 2nd->3rd if I didn't bring it to the right side of third before I pushed forward.
Looked really cool (in a stylish, elegant way... mine was the leather not the CF)... wasn't that bad in the winter (as far as gripping an EVO shifter is concerned
but they height was killer. After going back to the stock 2g its a huge improvement... but does anyone like any shifters other than the hammers I see. I want something thats still light, comfortable like the stocker... but a bit more elegant.
