The differences between a t25 and t28

I've searched around a bit on how to tell a t25 from a t28 but i just want to make sure. correct me if I'm wrong but a t25 has 11 blades on the hotside, t28 has 10, and a bigt28 has 9....I just like to know before I pick this turbo up, don't want another t25.. thanks
 
Look at the compressor inlet and wheel. The T25's inlet and wheel are obviously TINY, where the T28's inlet diameter and wheel will appear to be about the size of a Small 16G.

Here's a pic of a T28.....notice how the compressor inlet never necks down like the T25's does:
