Texas Mitsubishi Owner’s Meet September 20th *MOD*

Ok guys for those who wanna come join a few of us for Tubing in the morning, were going to meet at

11am-11:30am
A Bowling Alley right off of exit 186 in New Braunfels. It's right across the street from a fellow Mitsu Owner's apartment complex, so anyone that needs to change or go to the bathroom can use his apartment. It's also a good safe place to leave cars if anyone is carpooling.

From the north,
take 35 south to Exit 186 Walnut Ave.
As soon as you get off the exit get over in the right lane.
Turn right onto Huisache Ave. (Just before the U-Haul)
The bowling alley is on the left.

From the south,
take 35 north to Exit 186 Walnut Ave.
Take a left at the light onto Walnut.
Then take a right at your second light (can't take a right at the first one anyways.)
Turn right onto Huisache (you should see the sign for the bowling alley).
Bowling alley will be on your right.

I was talking with DSM PWR (Richard) about it last night because the amount of cars he is expecting to show up is way more than the Hooter's parking lot can handle.

I say we just all meet up at Hooter's as planed and then just go from there.

Either way I will be there for sure unless I blow up tonight while playing with the local vetts, vipers, mustangs etc.....

I would like to get my a** handed to me by you, but this car is acting stupid...AGAIN! I plan on being there, but won't be participating in any rolling fun. I can't afford to blow this thing up right now, so for once I will play on the safe side of the street.

Did I mention Frank is coming fully ******* and running **psi just for you? Thought I would throw it out there for you, since he did brake boost you (you should try it...) that first time y'all ran. I hear it should be a good match. Cough...brake boost...cough.

Well it seems someone is doing a little bench racing for me. I believe it was agreed upon between Travis and I that we would not be racing. I just got the car running so the wife would be upset if it were to break and be down once again. Travis on the other hand was afraid to get laid down by Richard so he was going to come up with some lame excuse about how his car wasn't running right. I can say that both Travis and I have pretty weak self control when it comes to racing though. I did here a certain 1G was making pretty impressive dyno #'s though.

Don't blow it up, Frank wants to run you again.

Does anybody have a 2.5" coupler that I can have/borrow? I bought one from autozone and it sucks balls. I had to get it though because I was in a bind. I have one in the mail, but its obviously not in yet. So if somebody could bring one I would be very grateful.

I heard Frank made some changes and he's making good power. I haven't changed a thing, except my tune.

I added cams and smim to my setup. I've only been able to log one run with the old tune since then due to the fact that I was troubleshooting an rpm issue I just took care of yesterday. I really haven't had the time or desire to actually look at it and make changes. Hopefully going out tomorrow to the meet will inspire me once again. My rewire project, reinstalling the ac among all other projects I did at once just drained me.

I got a million excuses! Clutch adjustment, tires, knock, injectors, suspension, shifter, etc., pick one and I can make it happen.

I can say that both Travis and I have pretty weak self control when it comes to racing though.

I have no self control, period!

I will have my matches a little lighter fluid with me, just in case this thing pisses me off.

Hey guys, I Decided to come out at the last minute, then I got hit with A TON of homework ($&%* college!) and I won't be able to make it out. Take a ton of pictures, I expect over 100 pictures between the 30+ people going...

I will be at the track on the 27th however. I'm finally starting to get some tuning done!!! I'll be ready for ya!!
