the boost was at 18psi and i was 94 octane. i just started tuning with dsmlink. mods should be in my profile

Your AF looks good on the graph (red line) and the boost level is Ok. I guess that good be ignition related. You should have made way more power than that for sure.

Change your plugs, gap them to .030, and put in a fresh set of plug wires to start and see how that does. To me you either had huge ignition breakup or lots of knock to cause the huge dip in your graph.

personally it looks like you got some tuning issue, and a problem with some boost leak/leaks and heat soaking.Make sure your fuel pump pickup on the pump isnt old and clogged,i had a problem with that not being about to get it to 7k on the old motor. Also make sure you got a good fuel filter, and its not restricted.Timing would have to also be checked! What plugs...br7es gapped to .28 is what i would pick up.

Post the dsmlink datalog file and we can get a ton more information than the dyno sheet can provide.

Red line is WAY to rich, blue line is not bad but it leans how on the big end.

I would check for boost leaks, and what was the car doing when hit hit 6.5k? cutting out poping?

And lastly, this is a perfect example of why you run your car at least once on the street before you strap it down and pay to find out you have a problem a simple street pull to 7k would find.

A couple things you might want to consider checking:

-Boost Leaks
-Plugs / Wires
-Base Timing ( you want no more then 5 degrees advance)
-Compression
-Make sure timing marks line up (being off a tooth can make a big difference)

Something is definatly wrong somewhere, that set up i easily good for 250WHP... Start with that, let us know the results and hopefully we can help you out a bit more.

well i was actually at the mitsubishi day event in new jersey and they had an awd dyno on a trailer. i actually thought the car was running pretty good so i decide to see how much power i was making. well around 6000 rpm it justed reved real slow.the guy said he didnt think it was safe to take it up to 7k. i am having a problem with maf overrun. today i put on new plugs and wires. im still waiting on my 2g maf then ill see how she runs.
