ok so i got the bolts off of the power steering pulley over the crank but i cant get to the tensioner that holds that belt is there an easy way to do it, im having a hard time gettin between the wall and the tensioner, and just to make sure i turn left on the bolt in the middle of the tensioner?

Is the belt tight? If so I bump the start once to get to move. After a few tries it will usually line up.

Or loosen the Alt belt and turn the ps pulley.

yes the belt is tight but i cant get to that tensioner that holds to belt i cant even get the socket into it let alone a wrench...my main question is do i loosen the tensioner itself or the bolt that can move left and right on that bracket thing?

If the alt belt is off, then the ps and water pump pulleys should spin without an issue. Is something seized?

If it is setup like a 1g then you will need a long ass extension and you will have to wiggle it up into place.

ok i got the pulley off and unbolted the timing cover but it looks like the tensioner and water pump are holding it from coming off do i need to take these both off? or should i just use a little force and pop it off?

ok nvm i got the tensioner off:) now just gotta put the timing belt on:)
