My car has been running hot since I installed my slim fans 2 weeks ago, and it is starting to worry me. So I need a good temperature gauge so I will know exactly how hot it's actually running. So i'm just looking for a good and reliable temperature gauge. Any suggestions on what is the best from personal experience?

Thanks!

@Grave what is your normal operating temperature on that gauge? and oil pressure?

Normal temp for me is 180-185*
Oil pressure ranges from just over the 25psi mark at idle and just over the 75psi mark at cruising speed (2500-3000rpm) and up to or a little over 100psi as the rpms increase toward redline. This is with balance shafts removed and no oil relief porting while using 20w-50 weight oil.

I need to get the water temp gauge too. I don't want to be a gauge whore but as long as they're functional. I have Zeitronix slim gauge it's 4 guages in 1 I just don't have the other sensors to plug in the box only wideband for now. 20w50?? why that choice oil? Im running the 10 30 still

The motor was built with "loose" tolerances to be used with the thicker weight oil. The thicker oil gives better protection and resists breaking down and thinning out especially when using racing gas like I do.
