Technomotive 1990 E-Prom ECU

I purchased a 1990 mitsu eclipse 2.0 turbo from a local guy that had all kinds of aftermarket goodies. among these goodies was an e-prom ecu. Upon removal of the ecu cover i found an excellent looking inside with an E-prom chip custom tuned by technomotive. I spoke to the previous owner and he said that it has everything that technomotive could offer at the time... either way i have now just purchased a 97 GST. if i get a 2g E-Prom ecu will this E-Prom work in the new ECU? If not i will sell the ecu and the E-prom.. 200 dollars. I know this probably means more to some of the older guys as technomotive is no longer in business.

im assuming that noone knows if the 1g e-prom from technomotive will work in a 2g e-prom ecu?

No, a 1G ECU or chip will not work in a 2G, unless you are willing to chop up your ECU harness or make an adapter, change the knock sensor, while also making your 2G non-OBDII compliant and fail most emissions tests that test by OBDII.
TMO chips are rather worthless, since they don't do any correction for injector, MAS, or other mods. They had 100% stock maps.
