ok..I have a squeeking noise coming from the front left of my car, sounds like it's coming from the tire or something..Only time I notice it is when I drive by a building or a car on my left, I only hear it because the soundwaves are reflecting off that building or car on my left..it sounds kind of like a tea kettle going off.

Check you brake pads for wear. There is a little safe clip installed that will squeak to let you know that your pads are low. While you have the tire off inspect for debri in between your rotor and dust guard.
Hope that helps,
Steve
