I bought a 2g a couple weeks ago and have been chasing a leak ever since. It appears to be leaking from the middle of the case so I replaced the input seal, out put seal and put in the yoke repair kit. Still leaking and I can't figure out why

So, youre saying you replaced the seal in the tail housing of the t-case, the seal on the side of the t-case, and the seal on the output shaft of the transmission and it still leaks? Have you verified that it is the oil in the t-case that is coming out and not the oil from the transmission? I only ask because I have seen oil leak out of the axle seal on the transmission above the t-case and it comes down and makes it appear as though the t-case is leaking.

I will double check it but the trans looked fine when I had it apart, but I can't think of anywhere else the tcase would leak

The top of be tcase is clean, I was hoping it was just the breather. I think the case might be cracked. It's the only thing I can think of.

OP, you misunderstood my post regarding the leak. IF the axle seal above the t- case on that side is leaking, it usually wont get onto the top of the t- case, instead, it will generally just flow down the side of the transmission, go in between the t-case and trans and collect there, giving the appearance of a leaking input seal. I see now that you meant that you replaced the input seal on the t-case and the seal in the tail housing, not the output shaft seal on the transmission. To confirm that the output shaft is not leaking (If this leaks, it can also give the appearance of a leaking t-case input seal) remove the flywheel inspection plate and if there is oil in the bottom of the bell housing, shine a light in there and you can see if the oil is coming out of the output shaft seal. Also, you should have two very different gear oils in the trans and t-case, so confirming which oil is pissing out will most certainly confirm which case is leaking.

It's definitely the fresh oil I just put in the transfer case. I will pull it today or tomorrow and let you guys know what I find

Well I went to pull the transfer case today and it has stopped leaking. I checked all my fluids and everything is where it should be. My guess is that I over filled it but all is good now
