Tangerine paint

I love this color but I am having trouble finding a paint code from anybody. House of Kolors makes a couple different types of paint to do Kandy Tangerine. They have a basecoat that has pearl mixed in to minic a Kandy Tangerine. Then they have a Kandy Tangerine topcoat that has to be used with a base, but the tangerine looks different depending on what base you use. Does anybody know what exactly was used on the car in this pic, or has anybody here painted their car a Tangerine or another cool orange color and knows the paint code to it.

Call house of kolors, or DuPont, and get a paint code from them.

dude i cant help you with the codes for the paint, but house of colors has a sick ass orange color it's called sunset orange pearl, your car will kinda look yellow'ish in the sunlight and orange like that tangerine color in the shade or at night, i bet it's expensive but in my personal opinion it's a sick ass color.

I have some paint codes from House of Kolors but if I go with the two stage Candy coat I need to know what base they used on the car in this pic to get the same shade. I may buy a quart and experiment.

That is definately the baddest color on a dsm ever...and I mean that in a good way

Its by far the best I have ever seen... and I want it badly!!! The cool part is I live in the country in a small farm town. There are no 2G DSM's besides me. There are also no cars with interesting paint jobs. This will stick out big time. This is also the exact same body kit I'm getting so it gives me a great idea what the car will look like. Now all I need is someone to tell me that they know exactly what the color codes are etc. If anyone know who ownes this car so that I can track them down it would be great.

It reminds me of the imola orange paint found on the acura nsx, with a little metal flake added in. Looks good

One of our locals has a car that color. He said it's Burnt Orange Copper. But as you know different places call the same color different names.

you could always get that copperhead color they used on trucks!, that was a badass color
