taking my head in to get it inspected anything i should have them replace ?

im pretty sure the head is fine but i want to cheack b4 i do anything with it. so im going to have them pull it apart hot tank it and inspect everything. is there anything i should have them replace while there in there i just want a stock head .

People say Mitsu Valve seals are the only way to go so id order them and give them to the builder. I used napa valves for my rebuild and they have bin working great for 2 years now.

Well since he is fully taking it apart and putting it together, why not through a set of stainless valves and some better springs. wont cost you much more and you can run cams if you want one day.

just wondering why you were having head inspected, as i do that kinda work on a daily bases, the one thing i like to know is what are your intensions with the motor stocker or mild or wild, overheated ,just valve job? i use napas parts ,because i work there ,the seals are just as good as stock if you have a head set from somewhere the seals should be in the kit and cam seals so take that stuff with when you drop off head they can put them in for you.
