T3/T04E Set-up Good Daily Driver?

I am building my First DSM, I have a 2g Talon, and am lookin to run low 12's/high 11's on a daily driver. I will be installing a 6 bolt I have from a 90 talon, along with a full build on it and Head job,.... blah blah and all the other Supporting mods to run it(fuel, suspensions, Drivetrain, ect.....)

But is this a wise choice for a turbo on a daily Driver, I have seen a lot of DSM's hit 11's with this turbo, But have never heard of the driving quality if the cars with the turbo. I am lookin for anyone with experiance with this turbo to help me out, or make a suggestion on an appropriate turbo for the Job.

Seem to be a lot of Turbos to Put and theses DSM's, I have been reading for weeks on these Turbos and am still not sure the right way to go.

lots of different t3/t4 hyrbrid setups. Which turbo were you talking about? Im guessing the 50 trim as its the most popular. I would say yes tkhe 50 trim is good for a daily driven car. Little bit more lag, but the top end should be worth it over a smaller turbo such as a 16g or t28.
 
I dont find my 50trim to be a problem for daily driving at all. People who have small turbos says it's too lagy but it's like anything else, you compensate for it in your driving style. Once you get the hang of launching with a large turbo and driving around with one you just drive a little differently and it's no big deal.

I can still get 23-24mpg if I drive nice and somewhere near 1-2mpg if I really drive hard (probablly less really..) again it's all in your technique.

I wouldn't say any turbo is too large for daily driving, just depends on what tradeoffs your willing to accept.
