2G T3 manifolds

Looking to make a big buy and i want to find a good manifold. T3 it will be for my hx40..i have been looking at manifolds for awhile now i dont know what to choose. There is stm...redjacket racing many other name brand names. Just need help deciding and tell me what you have and did you clear water pipe on your set up? Thanks

Any issues with fans or using aluminum radiator?

Nope. Works with the full koyo also which i had before. I had hacked stock fan too, one fan, Recommend FAL fans.

It's made for a 2g so the 2g rads are okay to use

For what it's worth, i make manifolds also. But I'm not in production right now .

I've had 2 punishment manifolds. Both fit great, looked beautiful, thick flanges, and have a lifetime warranty. Had lots of room for a slim fan and water pipe with a hx40 with pte .63 housing.

Oh the STM has a lifetime warranty as well, to the origional purchaser.

I have the Punishment manifold for my HX40 as well. I am very impressed with the fitment and quality of the manifold. I would recommend this manifold to anyone looking. Here are some pics of it installed in the car.

Except with redjack and punishment you need a 1g radiator

It fit with a 2g radiator, but the hose was too close for my liking. (Probably 1" away) I had a spare 1g radiator and didn't feel like wrapping the upper hose, so I went that route.

It's REDJACK racing. I've had Joe (Redjack Racing) make me 3 manifolds (T3, PTE V-band, and now T4). Same great quality you see from Punishment and STM, without paying out the butt.

You can still run a 2g aluminum radiator?

no, you can't run the 2g rad because the hose outlet is too close. the STM was made for the 2g around a 35R turbo. and it works find with the hx40 doesn't even touch the water pipe.

Was told i can. I even have pictures and i spoke with Joe at REDJACK. He said i can with 2g radiator.

You can use a 2g radiator with the RJR manifold. I made the switch to a 1g rad a long time ago, though. I don't like the thought of my radiator hose being subjected to those temps for very long. Champion Radiators makes a 3-row 1g radiator for $149. Definitely the way to go. As far as fans go: My shrouded FAL fan fit, and a 14" SPAL slim fan clears with no issues what so ever.
