Right now I have a t3/t04b. It's not big enough for the kind of HP I'm looking for. I'm wondering what turbo I should go with or what is the biggest I could get that will bolt up to my T3 manifold flange, so I don't have to get a new manifold. Thanks.

Any T3 flanged turbo will bolt up.... We need more information to help you out like what are your supporting mods... fuel... what exhaust housing you need.... GT35R is probably the biggest T3 flanged turbo but they make them with a mitsu exhaust housing and a full garret too...

Ok I didn't realize turbos as large as the gt35 were t3's . That is definately larger than I would like to go, but actually your answer just opened me up to realizing there are alot of turbos out there that will bolt up. Thanks for the info.

I'm running 440cc injectors but I would like to run 550's or 660's. Megasquirt (I'm sure I am in the wrong forum for that one) and Wideband 02. I want to go with a ball bearing turbo that will easily boost me around 20psi 325+whp on pump gas. I don't like the t3/t04b's rpm range, it seems to max out on me around 15psi and doesnt like to hold it very well. It also seems to not pull as hard after 5k RPM. Most of my other mods are in my profile. The GT35 is definately too large for my needs. Would a Green Turbo be more around what I would like or possible a t3/to4e - 50 or 60 trim?

What t3/t04b do you have? compressor wheel? turbine A/R ratio. For example, Turbonetics makes an S-trim, V-rim, and an H-trim. The S-trim would be similar to what you're describing. But the V-trim and the H-trim can definately get you to 325 whp, as has been proven.

If you in fact have the S-trim, then I would definately go for a 50-trim variant: green, rs49, etc. Go take a look at import evolution. They have well priced bolt-on ballbearing t3/t4s.

Alright thanks. I will have to check on the rest of your questions.
