t28 destroyed?

New t28 installed and now 2 qts of oil came out of licp and it smokes like an sob. Its shooting oil out of the air filter too. Turbo was from dsmpart.com. No play in the shaft and spins freely. Is this the turbo seal and can I change this myself?

Id check the oil return line for the turbo. I had the same problem with my T25, the return was clogged and the only place for oil to go was past the seals. I found the problem and the turbo worked fine after that.

yeah sound like the seals are bad u cant do it yourself but the turbo has to be balance
again
