T25/28 on T3 manifold

Ok so I want to turbo my other car which is a 93 VW Corrado VR6 (hopefully soon a VRT). So this car is very hard to find turbo manifolds for and the only ones I am able to find are ones labelled for a T3/T4 turbocharger.

I want to save some money, my cousin is helping me (he has turboed many nonturbo stock cars). I also want to put some dsm under the hood, so I want to run a T25/28 turbo like the one on my eclipse, in my corrado.

So my question is can a T25/28 turbocharger fit on a manifold intended for a T3/T4, or will i need some extra pieces to make this work?

The bolt pattern isn't the same if that's what you're asking. You might be able to chop off the old t3 flange from the manifold and weld a mistu one on. That might be your easiest way to go.

Just get an adapter plate to turn the T3 flange into a mitsu

I also think you can get a hotside with a t3 flange for a t25/28 since they are a garret turbo and not an MHI turbo.

I'm not sure if there is a T3 footprint exhaust housing offered for those turbos, I believe they are all sold from Garrett with a T25 inlet flange.

Hey that T25 is WAY too small for that motor, maybe a twin T25's will work.
A single one would run out of breath really quick.

theres plenty of companies out there that make kits and components for the VR6
