T4 Flange ok on T3 Manifold???

Right now Im running a T3 manifold on my turbo. I just sold my turbo and looking to get some type of a full T4.

JUst wanted to know if a T4 Flange is ok to use on a T3 manifold if I weld it on.

Do 2 of the 4 holes on the on the manifold line up with the T4 flange?

I would definately invest in a T4 flanged Manifold because that will not work too well. You can find used cast T4 manifolds for pretty cheap in the classifieds section i believe.
