Hey guys well a couple months ago my balance shaft belt broke and my t-belt jumped timeig. I pulled the head and rubuilt it and I put it back on and replaced all the belts, started it today and this happend,

The car is a 92 talon tsi awd 6 bolt. I honestley have no clue what happened it ran fine for 2 min them i tunred it off to check its and this is what I saw, there was no werid noise or vibration all the timeing marks lined up again, this was a brand new mitsubishi. There is no apparent thing that the belt would be scraping on.
