swaping from a rotor cap engine to a power coil question

hey gusy my engine failed in my 97 GST so im replacing it with one from a 96 eagle talon.. but the difference is this one has powercoils on it instead of the rotor and cap for the spark plugs.. not to menchion sensors in diferent places.. what all do i need to do to get this engine to work in my car?

A clue.

Are you sure it's a turbo engine? Turbo cars have coil packs. N/T have rotor/caps. Are you buying a N/T motor to put into your turbo engine?

The 2.0l NT engines DO have coil packs, The 1.8l NT has the cap and rotor setup.
There is also a kit which allows you to convert a cap and rotor type. Eastwood is one place that sells them. There are others as well. :thumb:

Now you have a clue...

Not in a 2g, there is no 1.8l or distributors. All coil packs.
