swaped motor

Ok so i swapedm y motor and now i runs put like crap. surging idle boost super fast, takes for ever to 25 and i just dont know what could be wrong. HELP

aLOT more information is needed than that.. you can it boosts super fast and then you said it takes forever to get to 25? which is psi,mph,rpm?

Sorry I was in a rush to get it up. List of things.
1) Bad vacuum leaks and don’t know were they are from
2) Very slow gas response
3)92 eagle talon AWD
4) It boosts fast but doesn’t stop boosting goes up to 20psi
5) Can’t idle on its own
6) If I put it to the floor it sounds like it is bouncing off the rev limiter
