Heres my current situation. Im pretty sure that my car has been lowered improperly. The ride is rediculously rough. All i really know is that i have the tokico 5 way adjustables and the stiffness reader/gauge at the top is gone so i have no idea what "firmness" im at. I don't know the springs either.

I was also at the junk yard and managed to find a civic with ground controls but only got the front set because of rust issues on the rear set

1.Can I possibly use the coil overs? I heard they are pretty flexable with models they fit.
2. Would this help my problem?
3. What kind of spings would be ideal?

If i could just get any kind of direction with this it would be greatly appreciated.

The shocks may be set at their maximum stiffness. Even without the plastic cap which visually shows you what setting you are at you can still count "clicks" to determine it. Using a small screwdriver turn the adjusting knob all the way counter-clockwise. This will be the "1" position (softest setting). Each click turned clockwise makes it stiffer.

If you decide to change springs you have several options but the Eibach Prokit is very popular and has proven reliable and effective without too much of a drop.
