1G Surge tank legality?

Before I start the install of the surge tank. My plan was to mount it in the back of the talon above the fuel tank in the boot. I was looking at the nhra rules and it looks like this wouldn't be allowed at the track?

Not sure on your ruleset but most won't allow that without a firewall between the passenger compartment and the surge tank at a minimum.
