Suporting mods?

Im trying to figure out what supporting mode I need to run a gt35r and how to keep away from ridiculous turbo lag. So far I have a six bolt with forged internals, hks 272 cams, 1000cc injectors.

If you want to reduce lag, get a smaller turbo.

1. Fuel pump
2. Tuning method/logger to control injectors and tune
3. AFPR (if using a big pump)
4. FMIC
5. ....

I could probably keep going. Or you could browse through our member list of people who have 35r turbos and see what mods they're running.

Cams and injectors are the only thing done besides the internals? If so like posted above you got alot of work to do. Anyways, goodluck sir

If you want us to spoon feed you a mod list for a quick spooling 35r setup, then I don't know if you should have a 35r setup. It's fairly common now for people to run these turbos, and shouldn't take much research on what you'd need.

In addition to the parts listed above, I read it as you need info as to help turbo lag so I would suggest making sure there are absolutly no leaks in the manifold/header, mounting the turbo closer to the block of the motor if able to (the heat in the header helps to spin the turbo: more heat=faster spool), a turbo blanket (same reason) and a manual/electric boost controller will help keep the wastegate from "creeping" which dramatically increases the speed the turbo spools. good luck.
