I don't see what's so special about it... every now and then company's will come out with special "variants" of existing products just to slap a higher price tag on it. Just like SpectreEMS and others, it's just your basic MSnS-E (MS1 chip, V3.0 board) with most of the MSnS-E options installed. Don't let the term "option" fool you either, most of the options require no additional hardware, just extra connections here or there.

Any MS builder who know what they're doing can build you the same unit, probably for less.

The price isn't bad, but I just don't want anyone to think they're getting something special, or custom-tailored to the 420A. It's just your average, run of the mill MSnS-E with the 420A inputs/outputs.

Perhaps, Paul, but the important thing, to me anyway, is that Rodney and his team think enough of the 2GNT DSM community to specially market such a configuration. It's recognition in a manner of speaking. At the same time, can anyone here really tell the difference between Gouda and Swiss when it's on a sammich? :p

I've spoken with Rodney before and he's good people. You can find qualified individuals to build your MS for you, sure, but it's a question of who you want to support. The guy looking to fund his next, personal, car project, or the guy looking to make a buck or two while serving your underappreciated hobby car platform? :thumb:

I deal with Rodney's competition and I haven't heard so many good things about his company. Business ethics aside, you are right B; I guess I'm just biased.

Haha. Since when would the competition have anything nice to say? :sneaky:

Six of one. Half a dozen of the other.
