sun roof info please!

ok so one of the plastic pieces in my sun roof broke and it wont go down. i have a 96 eclipse with a sun roof as a donor car and mine is a 98 eclipse. my question is are the tracks from those years the same? i know the 97-99 have a bigger sun roof than the 95-96. please help!

The 97-99 have bigger sunroofs ? Who told you that ?
They are all the same size and the pieces are interchangeable.

All the factory 2G sunroofs (as well as the Avenger, and some other Chrysler cars) are the same. However, there was still a lot of dealer-installed sunroofing going on in those days.
