my best friend's dad is buying him an 01 wrx for his 18th Bday... (Lucky!) im just wondering how his turbo compares to a 14b or a 16g like mine... like whats his psi max and how much HP is it capable of... i just want to know what to expect when he starts modding it...

Yes he will be fast if he starts modding it, my friends is hitting 18 psi its quick/ so far no serious drivetrain issues and he races about once a week. Just build the talon more best excuse to spend more money

wrx's are quick but thier known to crack thier blocks :thumbdown: Theres more performance mods for his car then your car , but ur car is lighter then his (correct me if im wrong) he also has awd and ur only fwd ... the wrx has more traction= will take off a bit quicker. I think the 4G63t engine is got more hp gains after each mod then the wrx does
a friend of mine is actually selling one currently, the car is insane..looks alot smaller then my talon but its heavier yet its agile as anything in corners
