So I have owned my car for just over a week, and have posted a couple questions on the forum. I can elaborate on the problem better now. When I first start the car, I have terrible performance. It acts as of there is a flow problem. The boost gauge says that it is making boost, but the car does not act like it. When I say terrible performance, I mean this is horrible. After I drive the car for over an hour, the car seems fine. The car accelerates strong. If I park for a while +/- 20 minutes, it starts over with terrible performance. So far everyone has been extremely helpful on this forum. Any help or ideas are greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Roric

Could be an electrical problem. Does the CEL [check engine light] come on ever?
What year is the car? What is the idle rpms when cold? ..How about after driving for an hour? Does the exhaust smell funny? ..Any smoke? Can you get any 'history' from the former owner?

Try to gather every piece of info possible [and write back], so that some DSM genius can help diagnose your problem!!!
