GVR-4 Stutterbox coming on all the time even when driving

I recently replaced my pedal assembly and must have done something wrong.

Even with my base tune, the stutterbox thinks it's time to come on all the time. I am using TunerPro/Ostrich and my old tune/bin. Doesn't matter what Bin or tune I use either.

I am guessing that it might have something to do with the clutch pedal switches but everything is as it should be.

...and NO I don't want you to tune my car so don't PM me offering me a vehicle tune since this is not an issue with my tune.

EDIT: The speedometer cable is not plugged in. Wondering if it depends on the VSS (if there is even one).

Depends on the way the code was written. I've written code that used the clutch switch and versions that just looked at the VSS to see if the car was moving or not.

Did you write it or used somebody else's code?

It's based off of your mph. Fix your speedo, or deactivate the two step.

Thanks guys. I guess to Steve the answer would be both. I started off with someone's tune but it was very bare bones. I believe that I used the "simple stutterbox" which doesn't require the clutch switch. @donniekak I did install the speedo cable but it is still acting the same way. Made the modification at 4F57 for the stutterbox to initiate at 4k

I am going to start over and report back. Experiencing wacky drivability issues at idle. Can't keep the car running unless I make it think it has the old 650 injectors I had before as opposed to the 1200s installed now. I compensated for the 1200s quite a while ago and suddenly this pops up.
