So I had this wonderful car running for about a week now after replacing the crankshaft position sensor and crank pulley, and now I have some new problems.

I got on the car for a little bit yesterday when I was driving down the highway, soon after that I felt what seemed to me to feel like the engine misfire, it started to sort of stutter under throttle, not much only very little, and the longer I drove it it progressively got worse. Now I have had problems with this car on several occasions before with shit like this and it has ALWAYS been something different each time. I also noticed that when this happened my boost gauge has stopped working properly. It won't read it building boost then will suddenly shoot up, then back down, so on.

My second problem is that while trying to figure out what caused the above issue, something has gone wrong with something in the area near my right front tire. when I turn to the left and accelerate the car vibrates, I can hear a grinding noise and it just doesn't sound pretty.

Any suggestions on what I should do for either of these problems? I haven't managed to keep this car running for longer than 2 weeks at at time this summer and its my only vehicle.
