So I just got some 1.3" lowering springs to replace the crappy coilovers on my car, but which ones are for the front and which ones are for the rear? One pair is slightly shorter, wider and stiffer than the other pair. I assume these are the front. The reason I ask is that the serial # on those ends in "R" and the others end in "F" not sure why

The ones with the thicker coils should be the fronts.

I bought a set of "ebay brand" springs because they were advertised as a 1" drop..... Well, they ended up being more like 2", but anyway it was the same deal. The ones with the printed number that ended with "R" had the thicker coils and were noticeably stiffer than the ones that ended with "F"
