problem solved. original question was about loose wires. i have the wiring harness. and i did use crimp connectors. All i need to do is what DGajre777 said. cut the wires, cover them, then get some electrical tape.
 
1) Get a wiring harness and install the CD player correctly
2) Solder the wires or use crimp connectors
If you don't want to do either above, cut the wire (with your battery disconnected) to have the insulation the same length as the wire inside and then put some electrical tape on it. If you don't have electrical tape, put masking tape on it and go to the store to get electrical tape.
 
Please don't edit the solution back into your question. You removed any chance of anyone else learning from the thread.
