My car is running hot with an average temp of 216 via link, just cruising, no boost. It's only 80*f out.

Running out of ideas!

No bubbles in coolant, running 60%water 40% antifreeze
Two 12" pusher spal fans mounted to ac condensor with heavy wiring
FMIC, Condenser, and mishimoto rad are all brand new cores
Complete ducting from FMIC to condensor.
Took thermostat out, no change
Both heat shields on manifold and turbo

I do have the crash bumper in place, I really don't want to remove... :(

Do both your fans turn on? Try having both fans run on high all the time via the checkbox under misc in Link.

Also, some will say that puller setups are more efficient, especially at speed.

I will try both fans on via link checkbox. Thanks.

^^ What he said. I don't have the ability you 2g guys do of checking a box to turn fans on LOL. I have a similiar issue with my temps creeping up while cruising, I press the AC button (no ac.. but turns the ac fan on) and it'll draw my temps back down, I have a 165 t-stat in it and if I let it run for 5-10 minutes it'll bring it from 205-210 down to 170-175 and hold as long as the fans running.. once it's off it'll creep it's way back on up.

Add some ducting between your ac condenser & radiator or put your fans betwwen the ac condenser on the radiator front. Fans would work better on the back of the radiator as pullers.

Man that would be sweet to have those temps! Nice! Sounds like you got a pretty nice setup..

Yeah I'll do some more ducting tomorrow. Good point, between the two cores...thanks...
