Can stuck lifters cause no compression, just did a rebuilt head with 3g lifters etc and drove at least 700 miles and all of a sudden cars cranks over but wont turn on, has fuel, spark, ecu is legit, relays are legit, timing is on point??????HELP

Did you properly bleed the lifters when installing them? Possibly stuck open and caused some valve damage which is why you have no compression. I'm assuming you have done a compression/leak down test?
