Stuck in 1st gear?????

A few months ago I swapped from auto to 5spd. I was going from 1st to 2nd and so on and every gear went in perfect (with car off)

SO after starting up the car, I done the same from going to 1st all the way to 5th.

Once I started with car (left it in 1st) it got stuck and did not wanna come out of 1st?


Can anyone help me out?

Check your shift linkage. This will be the biggest problem when completing the auto to 5 speed swap with complete success.
