Stuck e-brake....

Ever since last winter I started having this issue. As soon as it would get freezing out my brake light would stay on and my right rear brake would stay semi-locked on. I did change the caliper after this happened last year but I am still having the same results this year. I am curious to what I can do to solve this issue. I have loosened the e-brake cable so much that it would have to be pulled all the way up to lock the brakes. I have changed the pads and rotors of course and also the caliper where the issue came from. Im all out of ideas, anyone with any advice???

Take the rotor off on that wheel and adjust the ebrake. For my 2g, there's a small nut looking thing that you rotote to adjust the tension of the ebrake. Do a search also. This same topic was asked 2-3 times this past week. I should know because I replied to them.

I did adjust the tension of it from the console. Unless there is another way to adjust it from the wheel hub assembly itself.

There should be another one behind the rotor. Atleast there is on my 2g so I'm assuming it would be there for you too. You take the rotor off and near the bottom of the ebrake assembly, there's a small nut looking thing that you can adjust
