E-Brake Stuck

Well guys/gals its happend. I have had my gsx for 2 weeks now and the E-Brake is stuck. Well any suggestions on how to fix this becuase I cant move my car like this. Any advice would be appricated..

Take rear wheels off. Remove calipers and rotor. The ebrake assembly should be underneath that and you can take a look at what's causing your problem. If all else fails, use a little "mechanical agitation" to free it up (hammer the crap out of it).
