2G Strut Tower Rust Prevention?

I see ALOT of threads about Strut Tower rust BUT I cannot find anything on prevention. A little about myself, I am Maintenance at a big factory and preventive Maintenance is a big issue and saves the company $1000's every minute. So to save myself the headache in the future what would be the best route to prevent rust? I sprayed alot of WD-40, changed out certain nuts and bolts to Stainless Steel, any other advice is greatly appreciated.

Especially since you have it sanded down it will work great.

Please tell me none of your suspension bolts are stainless

Por15 is good stuff. But no go for stainless bolts/nuts on key components. I usually just put a glop of black on those nuts/bolt heads to minimize eye sore since they're in good condition.
