The guy who owned my 91 talon before me stripped the first spark plug. I can tighten it down, but there is no way it can be cranked down to what its supposed to be. No oil comes out, and its been holding up, but I was wondering if I could increase horsepower and boost (not by alot, just 1 or 2 psi). It's my only car, so my car can't be not working for more than 2 or 3 days. I have not pressured tested it yet, but I will this week.

I would repair the stripped hole. Buy a helicoil to fix the threads. I know some people that have done this with out taking the head off the car. Just make sure you coat the drill bit and tap with lots of grease.
