Stripped spark plug

Buddy has an old dsm thats been sitting for years, went to put her back together and change the plugs,wires,oil, all the usual maintance. Well one of the spark plugs is like completely rounded off, do we have to take the head off to get to it? Or is there any way we can get it out.

I wouldn't think you'd have to take the head off to get to this spark plug. You might take the valve cover off to have better access to it though...

The 3 others came out, this one just will nottttt for the love of god come out. Its been sitting forever and I dont think its going to come out unless the head comes off. Ill try that.
